神の武具 (2)

救いの兜をかぶり、霊の剣、

　　すなわち神の言葉を取りなさい。

どのような時にも、

　　霊によって祈り、願い求め、

すべての聖なる者たちのために、絶えず　

目を覚まして根気よく祈り続けなさい。

And  accept  salvation  as  a  helmet, 

      and  the  word  of  God  as  the  sword 

      which  the  Spirit  gives  you.

Do  all  this  in  prayer, 

      asking  for  God's  help.

Pray  on  every  occasion,  as  the  Spirit  leads.

For  this  reason  keep  alert 

      and  never  give  up;

      pray  always  for  all  God's  people.
