立って、真理の帯を締め、

　　正義の胸当てを着け、

平和の福音を告げる備えを履物としなさい。

これらすべてと共に、

　　信仰の盾を手に取りなさい。

それによって、悪しき者の放つ燃える矢を

　　すべて消すことができます。
